A religious separation between the youth of men sprouted the beginning of an organization named Delta Sigma Phi. This Fraternity, founded at the City College of New York on December 10, 1899, was created on the basis of breaking down the religious barriers between Christian and Jewish faith. Delta Sigma Phi founders were men with a common bond, while their religious affiliation wasn't universal, their brotherhood was. The organization has long stood for time honored traditions created by our founders while also embracing the new century with the philosophy of our motto, "Better Men. Better Lives." Delta Sigma Phi is a brotherhood for life-- every day living by our core values: Culture, Harmony and Friendship. For a more detailed history, refer to National's Website.
